如果您的库在构建类路径中，这并不意味着您在运行应用程序的类路径中也具有该库。 一种方法（我认为是更好的方法）是geogeek描述的方法，并将库打包到战争档案中。 另一种方法是将jar库复制到Tomcat的/ lib文件夹。
