Geofence Android：PendingIntent不会触发IntentService

根据ianhanniballake提供的答案，我进行了更多的半径范围为20-30-40米的测试，发现所有工作均按预期进行。 正如他所说，我的问题是半径设置太小，导致GPS无法识别自己的位置。
