您不应该尝试从SettingsActivity更改MainActivity的UI！ MainActivity的UI的管理只能由自己完成。

看一下活动生命周期 。 您将看到，当Activity返回前台时，将调用MainActivity的onResume()方法。 因此有两种解决方案：

1. 您可以在onResume()调用loadPrefs() onResume() 。 您告诉您无法做到，但我不明白为什么（也许我错过了一些细节）
2. 在onResume()方法中，仅当检测到更改时才调用loadPrefs() 。

再次：不要尝试从另一个类调用MainActivity的方法：在Android世界中这是MainActivity 。

额外奖励

onCreate()方法在Activity类中声明，因此具有默认行为。 如果要修改默认行为（即声明自己的UI组件），则可以覆盖它（在添加@Override注释时这样做）。 因此，默认情况下，没有绝对需要覆盖它。 如果没有覆盖，则将调用默认实现。 这是基于OOP的；）
