Question

它不起作用，因为您不能在tr HTML元素中包含form HTML元素。 根据W3C规范， tr元素内部只能包含td和th元素-请参见HTML5中tr元素的允许内容 。

首先，最好使用单独的控制器操作来检索所需的城市，并仅替换选择字段中的选项。 用分页等方式渲染整个表单有点过大。 其次，检查从ajax调用中得到的html到底是什么，尤其是$（html）.find（'＃city'）选择的输入是否包含'name'属性。 提交表单中缺少的值与Symfony2 Framework本身没有共同之处，而所有内容都与正确的HTML内容有关。
