使用jQuery将变量传递给.php

我正在尝试进行选择并将变量传递给.php页面。 我可以使用日期选择器上的jQuery示例来完成它...但无法在菜单选择器上找到它。 当我将这个控件与datepicker结合使用时，它允许我传递两个变量，但是当我只是单独使用它时，它不会将其移除。
