 For Each row As DataGridViewRow In EmployeesDataGridView.rows

     For Each cell As DataGridViewCell In row.cells

          If cell.Value.ToString.ToUpper.Contains(someText.ToUpper) Then
               cell.Style.BackColor = Color.Yellow
          End If

     Next
