将第三方dll的本地副本属性设置为false时，在部署项目时抛出的Xaml解析异常。 在构建项目或将本地副本设置为true时没有问题。

“本地复制”是指在编译时，.dll从您的源树复制到输出目录\\bin\\ （与编译的.exe文件相同）。

如果关闭了“本地复制”，则先执行Clean操作，再执行Compile或Deploy ，WPF运行时将无法找到所需的程序集文件，因此将引发异常。
