dotnet new
dotnet restore
dotnet run

包已下载，应用程序已编译，但执行以Exception结尾。

您正在使用哪个版本的dotnet cli（运行dotnet --version）？ 最新的安装程序可以在这里找到

您也可以尝试在启用详细输出的情况下运行：dotnet --verbose run
