找到了解决方法。
有时msvs_version参数设置不正确。
做了一个npm config list来检查msvs_version的值。
它显示了2015 。 更改它： npm config set msvs_version 2013并再次检查值： npm config list 。
安装了一个软件包Microsoft Build tool 2013 。 这与Visual Studio 2013 Express兼容。
之后，在User Environment Variable和System Environment Variable中设置MSBuild.exe的path 。 对我来说，路径是C:\\Program Files\\MSBuild\\12.0\\Bin 。 附加以“;”开头的路径 即;C:\\Program Files\\MSBuild\\12.0\\Bin 。
现在运行npm install java 。 它应该工作。
