构建中缺少org.eclipse.equinox.launcher插件（或者可能存在，但版本错误）。

RCP中包含的插件的配置与从Eclipse中测试RCP时所使用的插件的配置是分开的。

如果您正在为RCP使用“ .product”文件，请转到.product文件编辑器中的“目录”选项卡，然后单击“添加所需”按钮以将所有必需的插件添加到产品中。 对于普通的RCP，内容列表中应该有类似100多个插件的东西。 然后重建RCP。
