laravel将可空列更改为外键中无可空

问题是某些列：entidad_id，cargo_id等声明为NULL，当我设置FK时，laravel将其创建为NOT NULL。

nulleable

$table->integer('entidad_id')->nulleable()->unsigned();

应该

nullable

$table->integer('entidad_id')->nullable()->unsigned();

不知道Laravel为什么不大喊大叫:(
