在codeigniter预订表格中收到多封电子邮件

我在我的codeigniter网站上有一个预订表格。 当用户预订时，我收到一封电子邮件，但问题是每次预订我都会收到15封电子邮件。 我收到一封电子邮件，其中有用户提供的信息，其余为空白。

这是我的表格：

看起来，只要您点击页面，就会向您发送电子邮件。 为避免此问题，您可以检查表单是否已过帐。
