注意：使用Java_1.8，我可以在没有工具链插件的情况下成功构建项目。 但是配置了工具链插件我面临着这个问题。 任何人都可以帮我解决这个问题。

在eclipse运行配置中更改目标后解决如下。

问题是eclipse不会自动读取toolchains.xml。 我们必须在目标中手动指定。 我通过引用此链接修复此问题
