XAMPP 无法启动 - 端口不是 80

我最近在一两个星期前安装了 XAMPP，直到现在它一直运行良好。 我的80端口有一个小问题，所以我把它改成了8080、6794、7777等。它目前在5555上不工作？ 我尝试将其更改为任何内容，但没有用？ 有任何想法吗？

还要更改 https 的默认端口，如果您有 Skype 该端口已在使用中。
