我发现ext-xdebug.ini上的以下配置适用于Docker for Mac

xdebug.remote_connect_back=0
xdebug.remote_host=host.docker.internal

Docker自动在容器中定义host.docker.internal 。 所以我们简单地指出xdebug认为host.docker.internal是主机的IP（显然是）。 这样，我们就不必依赖于在docker容器和主机之间不断更改内部IP。
