作为解决方法,将调用setState的代码包装到WidgetsBinding.addPostFrameCallback:

WidgetsBinding.instance
        .addPostFrameCallback((_) => setState(() {}));

我使用Future.delayed(Duration.zero, () => setState(() {... })); 而不是 setState 并且对于可能使用 setState 的方法也是如此。
