我看到发布的代码有几个问题，可能是因为它不完整：

• SelectedItem ：您正在将文本框等绑定到SelectedItem，但是您的VM上没有此类属性。 您可能打算绑定到MasterEmployee 。 （注意：我宁愿将其命名为SelectedItem）。 我认为这是您所看到的根本原因。
• 当执行SaveEntry您可能会完全重新创建列表。 因此， MasterEmployee将不再在该列表中。 我认为这可能会导致进一步的错误。 您正在显示不在列表中的节点。
