问题是组件作者更改了他们的IP地址，但没有通知社区。

Gradle保留了一个插件缓存，我不得不清除缓存，以使gradle识别新的IP地址。 为此，我做了以下事情：

在Android Studio中：

1. 文件>无效缓存/重新启动...
2. 无效并重新启动

在Android终端（OSX）中：

./gradlew cleanBuildCache

在Android终端（Windows）中：

如果您的系统时间正确，您可能需要核对并重新安装JVM。

您的构建失败，因为Gradle无法访问工件存储库。 当它尝试连接时，它会抛出此错误：

sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed:

那是Gradle告诉你Gradle和工件库之间的TLS握手失败了。

这可能发生在以下几个原因：

1. 不知何故，您的信任存储被破坏，因此JVM无法识别任何SSL证书，包括CA签名的证书。
2. 您的系统时间过长，验证程序认为该站点的SSL证书已过期，或尚未生效。
3. 您是支持TLS的代理，但您的信任库中没有代理的证书。
4. 回购邮件的SSL证书实际上已经被软管（在这种情况下，它会被所有人拒绝，而不仅仅是你）

您可以通过将Web浏览器指向错误中显示的存储库下载URL来排除其中的大部分问题。 如果文件下载，您知道这不是您的系统时间或服务器的SSL证书。
