坚持简单的ReactJs + Webpack结构初始化。 不知道我错过了什么，但它应该是非常愚蠢的东西。

解决了它。 我的includ ， babel-loader和eslint-loader exclude文件夹是错误的。 纠正了它和它的工作正常。
