Active Storage Rails的Blob错误5.2

我有这个例外，但我的问题的原因是主动存储无法从storage.yml加载其配置：

在rails控制台中加载文件会显示异常（而rails在加载活动存储配置时会吞下异常）：

YAML.load(ERB.new(File.read("#{Rails.root}/config/storage.yml")).result)
NoMethodError: undefined method `[]' for nil:NilClass
