我有一个类似的问题。 我用2个不同的帐户登录。 我注销了两者，并使用一个进行了登录，并且可以正常工作。 希望这对您有所帮助。

到今天下午为止，我一直遇到同样的问题（上周五有效）。 尝试为Azure存储或SQL数据库创建链接服务时发生。 我尝试了各种浏览器，不同的Azure订阅，不同的客户端计算机，在不同区域中部署Data Factory和存储帐户以及可能现在忘记的其他一些事情。

最终，我只是放弃了门户，从PowerShell创建了链接服务，效果很好。
