升级spring-boot-starter-parent后，WebApplicationInitializer无法正常工作

在将spring-boot-starter-parent从1.0.2.RELEASE升级到2.1.0.RELEASE之前，我的代码曾经运行良好。

当spring-boot-starter-parent的版本为1.0.2.RELEASE时 ，我可以将该项目部署到tomcat，运行tomcat，并且当我在浏览器中键入localhost：8080 / greeting.html时，我可以看到“ Hello World” 。
