Android底表无法对触摸做出反应并且无法滚动

所以我有一个问题：我向我创建的FrameLayout视图中添加了一个layout_behaviour为BottomSheetBehavior的LinearLayout ，并在我的Activities上方添加了它，但是我的底部工作表不可滚动，我只能以编程方式更改其状态，但触摸不会做出反应。 您认为可能是什么问题？
