看来您没有打开SQL服务器上的端口。 您需要在SQL Server防火墙上启用该默认值，默认值为1433，但是您当然可以始终在SQL Server配置管理器中检查确切的端口号。

之后，您可以使用一些Powershell脚本在Web服务器中测试SQL Server连接。
