您可以创建customTextField并覆盖文本，占位符，边框的rects。基本上所有内容。

        return CGRect.init(x: 10, y: -10, width: bounds.width, height: bounds.height)
    }

    override func textRect(forBounds bounds: CGRect) -> CGRect {
        return CGRect.init(x: 10, y: -10, width: bounds.width, height: bounds.height)
    }
