您不应将delegation模式用于模型。 考虑使用通知：

func updateWeaterData(json : JSON) {
    NotificationCenter.default.post(Notification(name: Notification.Name("WeatherDidUpdate")))
}

并在您要响应此通知的任何控制器中进行观察：
