这是预期的行为。 因为您正在尝试使用 MSBuild 命令来构建网站项目（metaproj）。 然后它创建一个 PrecompiledWeb 文件夹并将代码放在那里。

在 Visual Studio 中创建发布配置文件后，将创建以下内容：

1) App_Data/PublishProfiles 下的发布配置文件（.pubxml 文件）

2) 网站根目录下的website.publishproj

website.publishproj 的目的是方便命令行发布。 然后你可以尝试使用如下命令：

 C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0>msbuild "C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Visual Studio2015\WebSites\WebSite1\website.publishproj" /p:deployOnBuild=true /p:publishProfile=WebsiteTestDemo /p:VisualStudioVersion=14.0
