httpResponseMessage.Content.ReadAsStringAsync().Result将 output 我想要的，但它正在阻塞。

var response = await client.PostAsync("sa/token.oauth2", body);
var content = await response.Content.ReadAsStringAsync();

请注意，您通常应该使用await - 而不是.Result 。
