SPS/PPS 对解码器需要的数据进行编码。 它对分辨率、压缩方法、颜色数据等内容进行编码。每个视频只需要一次而不是每帧一次。 如果修改它，解码器将无法正确解码视频，导致损坏或没有 output。

它仍然有效吗？

好吧，这取决于您对“有效”的定义。 如果它仍然设法确认规范，是的，但实际上不是。 进行符合要求的随机更改的几率非常低。

即使不符合要求，许多解码器仍会尝试解码视频。 但它很可能会失败。
