我自己找到了解决方案。 我做错的是物联网代理不应该与分片 MongoDB 连接，因为它只需要一个 Mongo 实例。 该实例用于保存和检索通过 IoT 代理配置传感器时创建的 IoT 设备。 设备测量值被发送到 Orion Context Broket，它将持续到 Sharded MongoDB 中。 希望它可以帮助别人。
