Azure cosmosdb 模拟器问题

localhost refused to connect.

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED*

我删除了AppData\Local\CosmosDBEmulator文件夹中的数据，并尝试从命令行启动，如下所示：

Microsoft.Azure.Cosmos.Emulator.exe /port=8084 /EnableEndPointDiscovery=false
Microsoft.Azure.Cosmos.Emulator.exe /NoFirewall 

但仍然没有运气

我已通过在命令提示符下运行 lodctr /R 来重建性能计数器来解决此问题。 我不得不运行它两次。 我关闭并重新启动了模拟器，现在一切正常
