403 禁止可能是由以下原因引起的：

1. 一个 Wordpress 插件：尝试通过重命名插件文件夹来禁用您网站上的所有 wp 插件

2. 损坏的 .htaccess：检查文件或上传全新的 .htaccess 文件

3. 文件夹权限错误（在这种情况下为 wp-admin）

在所有这些情况下，我建议使用像 Filezilla 这样的 FTP 文件管理器
