您可以替换默认使用基本指标检测的默认注册表：

prometheus.DefaultRegisterer = defaultRegistry
prometheus.DefaultGatherer = defaultRegistry

由于promhttp.Handler()还添加了检测，如果您不需要额外的指标，也将其替换为：

promhttp.HandlerFor(prometheus.DefaultGatherer, promhttp.HandlerOpts{})
