我遇到了同样的问题，我的测试运行时没有Spork，但没有spork给出错误：

NameError: uninitialized constant.....

问题是我的模型中的一个类的文件名与模型名称不完全匹配。 您确定您的User类和Relationship类分别名为user.rb和relationship.rb吗？
