因为您要搜索的文本是固定的文字，所以正则表达式不是首选的武器-只需在整个文本（包括换行符String.indexOf(String)使用String.indexOf(String) ，从第一个"This"到最后一个"f" ：

int start = input.indexOf(target);
int end = start + target.length();
