尝试使用self.encrypted_password 。

ActiveRecord为您的属性创建getter / setter方法，即

def encrypted_password
    ...
    # return something from the db
end

def encrypted_password=(x)

    # set something in the db to x
end

而且，当您编写@encrypted_password ，实际上并没有使用这些方法，因此不会更新数据库。
