暂时忘掉FileWriter，DataOutputStream。

• 对于二进制数据，使用OutputStream和InputStream类。 他们处理byte[] 。
• 对于文本数据，使用Reader和Writer类。 他们处理可存储所有类型文本的String ，因为它内部使用Unicode。

通过指定默认为OS编码的编码，可以完成从文本到二进制数据的转换。

• new OutputStreamWriter(outputStream, encoding)
