单击项目1时，将显示标题为“项目1”的屏幕。 我想将标题“Item 1”更改为“Type 1 items”。 但是点击的元素的文本应保持为“第1项”。

您可以创建RootElement的子类，它会覆盖GetCell的返回值，并在文本成为表视图的一部分时更改要呈现的文本：

 class MyRootElement : RootElement {
      string ShortName;

      public MyRootElement (string caption, string shortName)
          : base (caption)
      {
          ShortName = shortName;
      }

      public override UITableViewCell GetCell (UITableView tv)
      {
           var cell = base.GetCell (tv);
           cell.TextLabel.Text = ShortName;
           return cell;
      }
