两件事情：

1. 不要在ASP.NET中使用全局连接（至少不要将它们设为静态），因为它是多线程环境。 而是总是始终使用using-statement尽快关闭连接。
2. 将if(!IsPostback)检查放入Page_Load ，当EnableViewState设置为true （默认值）时，不要在回发时对控件进行数据绑定。 否则事件将不会被触发，并且值（如DropDownList-SelectedIndex ）将被覆盖。
