If the service is defined in the current solution, try building the solution and adding the service reference again.

发生此错误是由于我不介意的IIS配置。

1. 打开IIS管理器控制台。
2. 制作一个单独的申请池。

3. 将“应用程序池标识”设置为“ LocalSystem”。
4. 遵循与在IIS上部署Web应用程序相同的步骤，例如创建虚拟目录。
