如果其他人有類似的問題，它現在解決了，它是防火牆。 出於任何原因，我可以從瀏覽器下載文件，我可以通過APT安裝或更新軟件包，但防火牆阻止了PEAR下載。 我已將PEAR URL添加到安全站點，現在它正在運行。
