這是由於SELECT ..語句中的錯誤。
修改后的語句是：

INSERT INTO vips( memberId, gotten, expires )  
   SELECT name, NOW(), DATE_ADD( now(), INTERVAL 1 MONTH )
    FROM members WHERE id = ?
