Maven-無法使用Maven模板創建項目

我正在嘗試使用命令propmt中的maven模板創建maven項目。 但是好像下載了jar並失敗了。 Maven版本是3.2.1。 請告知為什么會這樣？

您正在使用代理嗎？ 如果是這樣，您可以在％MAVEN_HOME％/ conf / settings.xml中檢查代理配置。
