該死的SQLAlchemy,我花了一些時間才弄清楚正確的方法是:

TelegramUser.query.filter(TelegramUser.selected_exchanges.contains(f"{{{platform_name}}}")).all()

其中platform_namestr並且selected_exchanges列定義如下:
