查找舊項目的Django版本號

我不確定這到底有多重要。 數據庫設置意味着1.2之前的版本，因此1.1應該可以正常工作。 Django很少破壞向后兼容性（該數據庫是一個罕見的例外），因此點版本之間的差異不會產生太大影響。
