實際錯誤在這里： 

Paperclip::Error (Pin model missing required attr_accessor for 'image_file_name')

您需要將與回形針相關的列添加到Pin模型中： 

rails generate paperclip Pin image

heroku run rake db:migrate

或創建一個遷移文件，例如：

這通常是因為您沒有在paperclip模型中包含has_attached_file幫助器，或者沒有執行過回形針遷移
