好吧，事實證明，這實際上是從Visual Studio將更改發布到web.config的一個問題。 盡管整個項目進行了幾次總體發布，而個別發布到了單獨的web.config，但是Azure中托管的web.config的版本保持不變，並且仍在連接字符串中引用了本地db。 通過服務器資源管理器中的網站文件直接編輯web.config可以解決此問題。
