在Tomcat7中（使用Maven）配置基於Spring的Web應用程序時出現此錯誤。 由於依賴項不兼容，基本上存在此問題。 我使用的是Spring 4.1.6和Spring-Security3.2.x。

但是通過將Spring-Security版本更改為4.0.0，我可以解決此問題。 希望這可以幫助....
