您的免費OpenShift齒輪由未使用的處理/帶寬功率處理。 如果此時沒有可用於為您的應用程序運行齒輪的服務器，則“503服務不可用：沒有服務器可用於處理此請求”將拒絕所請求的請求。

如果您想確保應用的正常運行時間，請使用付費裝備。

此問題適用於不再提供的舊版（v2）OpenShift Online版本。 看起來您的應用無法啟動。
