不知道如何在Mac上解決（也許是brew？如果可能，與安裝ruby的方式相同），但是在Linux（xubuntu）上卻遇到了同樣的問題。 解決方法如下：

$ sudo apt-get install ruby-dev && libffi-dev
...
$ sudo gem install ffi
Building native extensions.  This could take a while...
Successfully installed ffi-1.9.8
Parsing documentation for ffi-1.9.8
Installing ri documentation for ffi-1.9.8
Done installing documentation for ffi after 0 seconds
1 gem installed

之后用指南針結束

快速搜索mac（ 參考 ）之后：

$ brew install pkg-config libffi

可能還不夠，但是沒有我的mac atm可以嘗試
